At the first of the year we purchased a new 2000 Chevy Express Cargo Van.  We are converting this van specifically to be dog friendly.

Still waiting on the headliner.

We used a counter top laminate, for durability, bonded to a lightweight plywood panel .  The trim is Oak (of course).  This is attached to a wooden frame work that is bolted to the body frame.  The side walls are double insulated with light weight bubble type insulation.

The Drivers side cabinet that covers the rear air conditioner and vets the air to various locations.

The passenger side cabinet hides the wheel well and will provide a storage area.

Still have to construct the caps for both side cabinets and some trim work for various places around the side and rear doors.
